Steve Russell

Steve has been working at Liberty Resources in the Developmental Disabilities division, since 1997. After receiving an undergraduate degree in anthropology from SUNY Potsdam, he found his way to Liberty Resources, starting as a residence counselor in a group home in Munnsville, New York. This experience, and development work in day services and housing, prepared him for his current role as the vice president of the division. Steve has a master of arts in public administration from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs, at Syracuse University. In his spare time, he enjoys working with the Fayetteville Manlius Little League, mountain biking, and any time outdoors.
