Rusty Bayles

Rusty Bayles has a strong background in finance, with extensive experience as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in various companies. Rusty began their career in 1989 as a Regional Director and Controller at Sallie Mae. From there, they held the position of Director of Finance/Operations and Plant Controller at General Chemical (Soda Ash) Partners, a Tata Group Company, where they achieved significant turnaround and improvement in the Accounting/Finance department. Rusty also held CFO-equivalent positions at Tata Chemicals Magadi Ltd. in Kenya, where they had full P&L accountability and supervised various functions.
