Nathan Lopez

Nathan Lopez began their career in 2015 as a Regional Field Director at Sparrow Group Strategies. In 2016, they moved to Indigo Global Advisors, LLC, where they served as an Analyst and then a Senior Analyst. In 2018, they joined Liberty SBF, where they held the roles of Business Development Officer, Senior Business Development Officer, and Vice President Origination's. In their time at Liberty SBF, they were responsible for the origination of permanent or bridge financing of owner-user office, industrial, retail, medical, self-storage, hospitality or multifamily assets within the Greater Los Angeles and Orange County Markets. Nathan also helped Liberty SBF and affiliates directly fund or purchase $2 Billion in SBA 504s, 7A Pools and 7a IOs.

Nathan Lopez attended California State University, Long Beach from 2011 to 2016 and earned a Bachelors of Business with an option in Finance.
