Nick Ackermann

Nick Ackermann is an experienced STEM enrichment specialist at Liberty Science Center since December 2013, focusing on the development and presentation of hands-on lab workshops for school groups and families while maintaining safety protocols for hazardous chemicals. Prior to this role, Nick served as a Biology and Environmental Science Teacher at Rutherford High School from September 2008 to June 2013, where responsibilities included creating classroom activities and assessing student progress. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Biological Sciences from Montclair State University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from The College of New Jersey.
