Jackson Sim

Jackson Sim is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as a Risk Engineer in Casualty at Liberty Specialty Markets (Asia Pacific) since June 2023, Jackson previously held key positions in the Singapore Army as Officer Commanding until January 2024, and in various engineering roles at GSK, ExxonMobil, Shell, and Asahi Solder. At GSK, Jackson excelled as a Senior Production Engineer, facilitating technology transfer for HIV and oncology drugs, while driving significant improvements in production efficiency. Previous roles included project engineering at ExxonMobil, where Jackson led initiatives yielding substantial cost savings, and technical support at Shell.
