Gabriela Palacios

Gabriela Palacios is an accomplished underwriting professional with extensive experience in the insurance and trade sectors. Currently serving as Underwriting Manager for Construction at Liberty Specialty Markets Latam since January 2020, Gabriela previously held the position of Energy Underwriter at Liberty International Underwriters from October 2010 to January 2020. Prior experience includes the role of Trade Operations Director at the Ministry of Industry from 2009 to 2010 and Business Coordinator at the Guayaquil Chamber of Commerce between 2007 and 2009. Gabriela holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Nottingham (2005-2006) and a Bachelor's degree in Aussenwirtschaft/International Management from Hochschule für Angewandte Wissenschaften Hamburg (1999-2005).
