Alec Reed, MBA, currently serves as the Head of Technology Service Management at Liberty Specialty Markets since September 2022, where accountability includes Digital Workplace Services, Cloud Engineering, and ITSM Service and Controls across the UK, Europe, and Latin America, achieving notable cost reductions and improved service capabilities.
