Ricky has held various titles such as FTOM - Accounting Lead, Head of Financial Reporting, Syndicate Finance Manager, Solvency II Accountant, Senior Management Accountant, and Syndicate Accountant. Ricky's responsibilities have included completing monthly Gross Snapshots and Management Accounts, chairing meetings to discuss financial figures and projections, broker reporting, generating balance sheet positions by Syndicate, controlling and reviewing expenses, providing budgeting expertise, and building and maintaining Cognos models.
