Larry E. Romrell

Mr. Romrell has been a director of Liberty TripAdvisor Holdings, Inc. since August 2014. He held numerous executive positions with Tele-Communications, Inc. from 1991 to 1999. Previously, Mr. Romrell held various executive positions with Westmarc Communications, Inc. Mr. Romrell has served as a director of Liberty Interactive Corporation since December 2011, having previously served as a director from March 1999 to September 2011. He has served as a director of Liberty Media Corporation (including its predecessor) since September 2011. Mr. Romrell has served as a director of Liberty Global plc since June 2013, having previously served as a director of Liberty Global, Inc. from June 2005 to June 2013 and as a director of Liberty Media International, Inc. from May 2004 to June 2005.
