Michael J. Malone

Mr. Malone has been a director of Liberty TripAdvisor Holdings, Inc. since August 2014. He is currently Chief Executive Officer and principal of Hunters Capital, LLC, a Northwest Real Estate Development and Management Company. He is the retired Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of DMX Music, Inc. (formerly AEI Music, Inc.), a multinational music programming and distribution company that he founded in 1971 and which was sold to Liberty Interactive Corporation in May 2001, following which he served as Chairman of Maxide Acquisition, Inc., a subsidiary of Liberty Interactive Corporation and the holding company for DMX, from May 2001 to February 2005. Mr. Malone has served as a director of Expeditors International of Washington, Inc. since August 1999 and HomeStreet, Inc., a regional bank, since February 2012. He previously served as a director of Take Two Interactive Software, Inc. from January 2006 through March 2007.
