Eric Schwarzrock

Eric Schwarzrock serves as President of Liberty Utilities for the Lake Tahoe Region since January 2025. Prior experience at NV Energy spans from June 2004 to January 2025, where Eric held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Customer Solutions and Projects, focusing on new business and major projects. Additional roles included Director of T&D Engineering, overseeing engineering standards and asset performance, Director of Substation and Technical Operations, managing substation engineering and maintenance, and Director of NERC Compliance and Risk Analysis. Eric's early career involved managing system protection practices and conducting field engineering. Academic credentials feature an MBA from the University of Nevada, Reno, a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering from the same institution, and a certificate in Power System Protection. Teaching experience includes a course on Power Distribution Engineering at the University of Nevada, Reno.
