Keenan Patterson

Keenan Patterson is an experienced professional with extensive expertise in rates, regulatory affairs, and environmental engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst at Liberty since June 2022, Keenan is responsible for collecting information, writing testimony, and preparing documents for utility rate cases. Previously, Keenan worked at the Missouri Public Service Commission for seven years, holding positions including Senior Professional Engineer and Utility Regulatory Engineer, focusing on procurement analysis and utility ratemaking. Other relevant experience includes roles at Pittsburgh Corning Corporation as an Environmental, Health and Safety Coordinator and at The Cadmus Group as an Associate, where Keenan provided technical assistance for federal initiatives. Keenan holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Engineering from the same institution.
