Melissa Law, CPCC, ACC, has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Melissa currently holds the position of Vice President of Culture, Talent, and Organizational Development at Liberty, where they contribute to the organization's growth and evolution by developing sustainable strategies and frameworks for talent management, learning, and cultural programs.

Prior to their role at Liberty, Melissa Law founded Sunrise Coaching in 2021, where they help leaders identify obstacles and clear space for personal and professional growth.

From 2016 to 2021, Melissa held the role of Vice President of Talent Management at Revera Inc., where they focused on developing a culture of talent management through strategic practices that enhanced the talent life cycle experience.

In their previous roles, Melissa served as Director of Learning & Leadership Development at Aecon, Director of Training and Culture at Bell Mobility, Director of Leadership & Organizational Development at Walmart Canada Corp., Human Resources Manager at SAM'S CLUB (a division of Walmart Canada Corp.), Manager of Training & Policy Development at Walmart Canada Corp., Regional Associate Relations Manager at Walmart Canada Corp., Assistant Regional Human Resources Manager at Zellers Inc., and Human Resources Manager at Kmart Canada Ltd.

Throughout their career, Melissa Law has demonstrated expertise in leadership development, talent management, organizational development, and learning solutions.

Melissa Law holds a Master's degree in Labour Relations and Human Resources from Queen's University and a Bachelor's degree in Business and Human Resources from Trent University. Melissa has also obtained various certifications, including the Workplace Mental Health Leadership Certificate Program from Queen's University, Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) from the Co-Active Training Institute, and Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation. Additionally, they have completed the Positive Intelligence Program and holds several other certifications related to leadership potential, assessment, and facilitation.
