Punam Maini

Punam Maini has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and total rewards. Punam has held various leadership roles with a focus on compensation, benefits, and HR systems. Punam served as the Senior Director of Total Rewards at Liberty since February 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Total Rewards at Liberty from September 2017 to February 2022. Punam also worked at Stericycle (formerly Shred-it), where they held the position of Vice President of Total Rewards & HR Systems from January 2014 to May 2017. Before that, they worked at Shred-it as the Director and Senior Manager of Compensation, Benefits, and HR Systems from September 2008 to 2013. Punam also held managerial positions at Canon USA and Maritime Life (formerly Royal & Sun Alliance), where they gained experience in compensation, benefits, and project leadership. Throughout their career, Punam Maini has demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing total rewards strategies, managing compensation programs, and ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness.

Punam Maini obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Western University, where they completed their studies from 1982 to 1985.
