Stephanie Varner

Stephanie Varner has a diverse work experience in the financial and accounting field. Stephanie is currently the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Liberty, where they started in October 2022. Before their current role, Stephanie served as the Senior Manager-Finance and Property Accounting Manager at Liberty, from April 2022 to October 2022 and from September 2019 to April 2022, respectively. Prior to joining Liberty, Stephanie worked at The Empire District Electric Company as a Financial Forecasting Analyst and later as a Senior Accountant, from August 2012 to December 2016 and from July 2005 to August 2012, respectively. Stephanie also has experience as a Decision Support Analyst at Sisters of Mercy Health System from January 2005 to July 2005, as an Accountant at McCune Brooks Hospital from February 2004 to January 2005, and as an Accountant at Freeman Health System from 1997 to 1999. Stephanie began their career as an Accountant at Mense, Churchwell & Mense, CPAs from 1995 to 1997.

Stephanie Varner holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Missouri State University, completed between 2007 and 2009. Stephanie also obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) degree in Accounting from Missouri Southern State University, from 1992 to 1995.
