Teresa Jawaid

Teresa Jawaid is currently working as the Manager of Business Process at Liberty since September 2023. Prior to this, Teresa held the position of Program Manager for Customer Experience & Process Excellence at Gore Mutual Insurance from June 2022 to August 2023. Teresa has an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from the University of Toronto, as well as a Certificate in Strategic Human Resources Management from Toronto Metropolitan University. Teresa is currently pursuing a Chartered Insurance Professional designation from the Insurance Institute of Canada. Throughout their career, Teresa has held various senior management positions focused on customer experience strategy, process design, and continuous process improvement at Rogers Communications.
