Terry Gilbertson

Terry Gilbertson has extensive experience in operations and production management within the water treatment and reclamation sectors. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Liberty since June 2009, Terry oversees the operations and maintenance of a 6.55 mgd water reclamation facility. Prior to this role, Terry co-founded BEKAERT PROGRESSIVE COMPOSITES SA, where as Production Manager, designed and manufactured Reverse Osmosis pressure housings for the municipal water industry from June 2001 to October 2004. Terry also held the position of Team Lead Manager at CodeLine Pressure Vessels from 1987 to 1999. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies in Organizational Leadership/Business at Arizona State University, expected completion in 2024.
