Cory McMaster

As Sr. Director of Libra’s Dallas Operations, Cory is responsible for the location’s financial and operational execution as well as team development and strategy. Cory has over 20 years of experience in the EMS industry. He has held numerous positions including Program Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Engineering Supervisor, Assembly Manager, and Manufacturing Manager. Cory has a degree in Electronic Engineering and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Cory works closely with the executive team to develop long-term strategies and key initiatives to ensure the success of the company and its customers. Cory takes pride in achieving outstanding levels of customer experience while maintaining a trusting, inclusive, productive environment that takes care of Libra’s most important resource, its people. While not working, Cory is spending time with his family.

When time permits he also enjoys time on the lake for some largemouth bass fishing.
