Adina Dobre

Adina Dobre is an accomplished Project Manager and Scrum Master with extensive experience in facilitating Agile methodologies across multiple teams. Currently employed at Libra Internet Bank since February 2023, Adina leads Scrum events and coaches teams on Agile principles to enhance continuous improvement. Prior experience includes managing projects at InSites Consulting from March 2021 to February 2023, where responsibilities encompassed project planning, resource management, and optimizing team capabilities. Additionally, Adina served as a Project Manager at Ipsos Interactive Services from September 2018 to February 2021, overseeing project finances and ensuring clarity of project scope. Adina holds a Master's degree in Business-to-Business Marketing from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Agronomic Sciences and Veterinary Medicine of Bucharest.
