Oana Banciu

Oana Banciu has over two decades of experience in sales and management within the banking and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as the Regional Corporate Sales Manager and Head of the Collection Department at Libra Internet Bank since June 2006, Oana oversees collection activities for consumer loans and collaborates with law enforcement to mitigate fraud in the consumer business segment. Oana is also responsible for negotiating contracts related to collection activities and holds a Six Sigma Green Belt certification. Prior to this role, Oana worked as a Fraud Analyst at Vodafone Romania and as a promoter for marketing campaigns at Mercury Promotions and Piata Financiara Magazine. Oana holds a degree from the University of Bucharest, completed in 2001.
