Bert Hoeven

Bert Hoeven is an experienced professional with a strong background in legal and policy advisory roles. Since January 2016, Bert has served as Bestuurssecretaris and Strategisch beleidsadviseur at Avres, focusing on judicial and policy support for the board and management, as well as addressing labor market issues and complex municipal reorganizations. Prior to this, Bert held the position of Senior beleidsadviseur at RSD AV, where responsibilities included strategic policy work, regional labor market policy development, and project leadership on youth unemployment.
