Maricela Arroyo

Maricela Arroyo is an experienced payroll and finance professional with a robust background in payroll management, benefits administration, and accounting. Currently serving as Payroll Manager at Libra Solutions since September 2021, Maricela is responsible for processing multi-state payroll for 250 employees using ADP Workforce Now. Prior roles include Senior Payroll Specialist and Payroll Specialist at Oasis Financial, where responsibilities encompassed timely payroll processing, compliance with regulations, and collaboration with HR.
