Gayle Osterberg is a seasoned communication and operations professional with extensive experience in public relations and government relations. Currently, Gayle serves as Managing Director and Chief of Operations and Strategy for Global Government Relations at JPMorganChase, in addition to holding the role of Chief of Staff in the same department. Gayle's tenure at the Library of Congress as Director of Communications involves overseeing media relations, internal and external communications, and marketing efforts. Prior to these roles, Gayle co-founded 133 Public Affairs, providing consulting services to non-profit and trade association clients. Earlier experience includes high-level communication positions within major organizations, such as the Motion Picture Association of America and various United States Senate committees. Gayle holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism from The University of Kansas.
