Haaris Farooqui, CSP has a strong background in customer success and support roles. Haaris is currently serving as the Director of Customer Success and Technical Support at Librestream. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Customer Experience at Showbie from 2021 to 2022. In 2020, Haaris worked as the Lead for Customer Success at Trybe Inc. Haaris also served as the Director for Customer Support and Success at SAP Litmos from 2016 to 2020. Before that, they held roles as a Customer Success Manager at Agile CRM and a Customer Support Manager at ClickDesk. Haaris began their career at Google, where they served as an Associate Lead - Content Engineering, leading a team and managing various projects.
Haaris Farooqui, CSP has a solid educational background in computer and information sciences. Haaris obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University between 2004 and 2008. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Computer and Information Sciences, General from Sam Houston State University from 2008 to 2010.
In addition to their formal education, Haaris has also acquired several certifications related to customer success management and support. Haaris earned the Certified Support Professional certification and the Certified Customer Service Professional (CCSP) certification from the Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA) in October 2019. Furthermore, they have obtained certifications in Key Account Management from LinkedIn in February 2020 and in Customer Success Management Fundamentals and Onboarding and Adoption Best Practices for Customer Success Management from LinkedIn in August 2021. Haaris also completed courses in Customer Service Leadership and Sales: Customer Success on LinkedIn in March 2019 and March 2018, respectively.
Most recently, Haaris achieved the Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 certification from SuccessHACKER in March 2022.
