Blake LeBlanc

Blake LeBlanc is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client services and sales. Currently serving as the Director of Client Services at License Coach since July 2011, Blake is responsible for overseeing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensuring that customer service team response times meet company standards. Additionally, Blake communicates product enhancements and maintenance releases to the client base. Prior to this role, Blake held the position of Director of Inside Sales at The License Coach from 2010 to 2011, contributing to the organization's sales strategy and performance.
