Hilda Durán Navarro

Hilda Durán Navarro has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations. Hilda is currently working as an Account Manager Key Account at Licify since October 2021. In this role, they are responsible for attracting suppliers and construction companies to Licify, managing B2B commercial relationships, and handling strategic alliances.

Prior to their current position, Hilda worked at Cormagdalena from 2017 to 2021. Hilda held various roles during their tenure, including Specialized Project Advisor in the Executive Management, Advisor in the Executive and Commercial Management, and Liaison Officer in the Management and Liaison Office. In these roles, they provided administrative and social management support, contributed to the implementation of the Intermodal Transportation promotion strategy, and provided commercial assistance to stakeholders in the logistics chain.

Before joining Cormagdalena, Hilda worked as a Contractor in the Secretariat General at the Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro in 2017. Their role involved overseeing a USAID-funded project focused on document management, including the organization, indexing, and digitization of public deeds and notary records in violence-affected municipalities. The project aimed to facilitate land restitution efforts in the context of the peace process.

Hilda also has experience working as a Contractor in the Secretariat General at the Alcaldía Mayor de Bogotá in 2016, and as an Intern at the Congreso De La República de Colombia in 2015.

Hilda Durán Navarro started their education in 1997 at the Colegio Bilingüe De Santa Marta, where they completed their Bachiller Académico degree in 2011. Hilda then went on to attend the Institut Linguistique Adenet in 2011 and 2012, where they earned a C1 level certification in the French language. After that, they attended the Universidad del Rosario from 2012 to 2017 and obtained a degree in Relaciones Internacionales (International Relations). In 2018 and 2019, Hilda Durán Navarro furthered their education at the Universidad del Rosario by completing a specialization in Evaluación y Desarrollo de Proyectos (Evaluation and Development of Projects).
