Ravi Dwivedi

Ravi Dwivedi is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in last-mile and mid-mile logistics, currently serving as Associate Director at Licious since January 2017. In this role, Ravi oversees operations across Maharashtra and Gujarat, managing P&L and implementing initiatives to enhance profitability and customer satisfaction. Previously, Ravi held various roles at Licious, including Cluster Business Head for Hyderabad and AP, where strategic expansion and revenue growth were key focuses. Earlier experience includes positions at Opinio and Wipro, where Ravi contributed to operations and project management in multiple cities. Ravi holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology and is pursuing further education in Data Science for Business Decision Making.
