Shilpa Suresh

Shilpa Suresh is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and people management, currently serving as the Manager of People Experience at Licious since December 2023. Prior to this role, Shilpa held the position of Manager - Talent Acquisition at Pepper Content from April 2022 to December 2023, and worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter at PagarBook, where responsibilities included end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management. Additionally, from February 2019 to April 2021, Shilpa was a Talent Acquisition Executive at InterviewBit, assisting multiple start-ups and multinational corporations in team building. Shilpa began the career as an HR Intern at Bridgestone India Pvt. Ltd. in mid-2018, focusing on compensation and benefits. Academically, Shilpa holds a PGDM in PM & HRD from Balaji Institute of Modern Management (2017-2019) and a Bachelor's degree in Zoology from the University of Calicut (2014-2017).
