Tiyasha Mukherjee is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in HR management and strategy. Currently serving as Human Resources Director at Licious since December 2021, Tiyasha has previously held the role of Associate Director of Human Resources at Fractal and Senior Manager - Human Resource Business Partner at Zilingo. With a strong focus on scaling organizations within dynamic environments, Tiyasha has effectively facilitated HR policy implementation across Southeast Asia and developed recruitment strategies for both lateral hires and campus placements. Tiyasha's career began at Marlabs Inc. where roles included HR Manager and Human Resources Generalist.
