Kevin Lause

Kevin Lause has extensive experience in IT management and leadership roles. Kevin served as the Sr Director of IT at LiDestri Food & Drink, where they led the development and implementation of IT strategies, improved customer satisfaction, and ensured security resilience. Prior to that, they were the Information Services Manager at Reliant Community Federal Credit Union, where they managed the IT department and played a key role in the successful migration to new financial systems. Kevin also served as the Network Operations Manager at Sentry Group, overseeing global IT operations, managing budgets, and enforcing security policies. Kevin started their career as an IT Manager at PICS Telecom International, where they led network infrastructure maintenance and revamped systems to meet contemporary needs.

Kevin Lause obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from Rochester Institute of Technology between 1995 and 1999. Additionally, they have acquired certifications such as "Knowing Self, Growing Others" from Leadership Coaching, Inc. in 2023 and "MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional" from Microsoft in 2013.
