Dilek Çakmak has been working in the sales and marketing industry since 2013. Dilek began their career as an Intern at İTO - İstanbul Ticaret Odası in 2013. In 2014, they joined iyzico as a Key Account Manager, Key Account Specialist, and Merchant Support Officier. In 2020, they began working at Garanti BBVA Ödeme Sistemleri as a Key Account and Marketing Manager. Dilek also joined Lidio in 2020 as a Senior Key Account Sales Manager and Key Account Sales Manager.
Dilek Çakmak received their Business Administration degree from Gebze Technical University between 2009 and 2014. In May 2022, they obtained a certification in Müşteri Deneyimi Yönetimi from Laba Turkey.
