Susana Garcia is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience in managing HR programs and systems across various industries. Currently serving as the Regional Human Resources Manager at Lidl España since June 2022, Susana focuses on implementing HR initiatives to attract and retain talent in a multi-convention environment. Prior to Lidl, Susana held multiple roles at Unilever from 2015 to 2022, including HRBP SU, where the emphasis was on People Development, and HR Partner managing workforce resources in a production facility. Earlier experience includes coordinating payroll at Bridgestone Americas and serving in various HR and administrative roles at CE Consulting Empresarial, Nebel Software, and Asesoria Integral Rubi.
