Nikoletta Kolomburda

Nikoletta Kolomburda is an accomplished Human Resources executive with extensive experience in leadership roles at Lidl. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer and a member of the Executive Board at Lidl Hellas since September 2015, Nikoletta previously held the position of Global Manager Human Resources and Global Senior Consultant Human Resources at Lidl in Germany from October 2013 to August 2015. Additionally, Nikoletta worked as a Training Manager at Lidl Hellas and as an Area Sales Manager at Lidl in Germany. Early career experience includes a trainee position at United Nations Volunteers in early 2008. Academically, Nikoletta holds an MBA with a focus on Leadership and Human Resources from Quadriga University of Applied Sciences and a Master of Arts in Political Science, Modern History, and Public Law from The University of Bonn.
