Spartakos Mantis is an accomplished Property Development Manager at Lidl Hellas since April 2020, specializing in property development proposals, commercial frameworks for significant projects, and managing stakeholder negotiations. Previously, Spartakos worked as a Quantity Surveyor for Kier Group, overseeing financial aspects of construction projects, and at Analytic Building Contractors Ltd, contributing to project management and procurement for residential refurbishments. Spartakos began a professional journey with volunteering roles in the Hellenic Army as a Contract Administrator/Military Engineer and gained valuable experience as an Assistant Land Surveyor at Egnatia Odos S.A. and a Trainee Site Manager at Kataskevastiki Residential Building Contractors.
