Kristin Bogdanow

Kristin Bogdanow currently serves as a Consultant for HR Digital Transformation at Lidl International since July 2024. Prior to this role, Kristin held multiple positions at Vicampo.de from June 2016 to January 2024, including Project Manager of the Management, Head of Human Resources, and Recruiting Expert. Kristin's earlier experience includes working as a Working Student in HR-Talent Programs at Siemens, where responsibilities involved the introduction of a new IT tool and user portal design, as well as internships at Volkswagen de Mexico, Unfallkasse Hessen, and BASF. Academically, Kristin holds a Master of Science in Mannheim Master in Management from the University of Mannheim, a Master of Science in International Business from QUT, and a Bachelor of Science in Global Business Management from the University of Augsburg.
