Nikola Djukic has a diverse background in HR administration, starting from their early roles as a Junior Associate at a law office to their current position as a Team Lead in HR Administration and Compensation Department at Lidl Srbija KD. With experience in various HR roles at companies like Mercator-S d.o.o. and IDEA d.o.o., Nikola has demonstrated proficiency in personnel affairs and administrative support. Graduating from the Faculty of Law at The Union University in Belgrade and the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law, Nikola holds a Bachelor's degree in Law and Bachelor of Science, respectively.
