Batoul Tabbakh has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Batoul began their career in 2001 as a Restaurangmedarbetare at Svenska Taco Bar AB and Svenska Tasty Thai AB, where they gained experience working under high-stress environments. In 2003, they joined IKEA Group as a Butiksmedarbetare. From 2002 to 2009, they worked at Stockholms stad, first as a Fritidsledare/Ställföreträdande gårdsansvarig at Bromstens Ungdomsgård and later as a Projektledare for Spånga-Tensta Ungdomsråd.

Tabbakh's experience at Lidl Sverige began in 2007, where they initially worked as a Butiksmedarbetare with additional responsibilities such as Första kassa, ställföreträdande, and non-food ansvarig. Batoul then moved on to the role of Kundtjänstmedarbetare, where they managed customer contact and liaised with other departments and stores within the company. In 2011, they became a Kundtjänstchef, overseeing the customer service department and creating reports and investigations. Batoul later became a Senior Consultant: Internrevision in 2015, working with internal audits and risk management, and finally transitioned to the role of Customer Service Manager in 2019. Currently, Tabbakh holds the position of Head of Internal Audit & Customer Service at Lidl Sverige, starting in October 2020.

In 2018, Tabbakh also gained international experience as a Team Manager Internal Audit at Lidl GB as part of the company's Job Rotation program. Batoul worked closely with the Head of department (BL) Internal Audit and Customer Service to develop the internal audit team and acted as their deputy.
