Julia Klotz

Julia Klotz has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as Team Manager for HR Administration & Global Mobility and HR Organisation at Lidl Sverige KB since October 2016. Prior roles include Senior Consultant & Assistant to HR Management, and Project Manager HR at the same company, as well as Senior Consultant HR at Lidl in Deutschland from February 2014 to September 2016. Julia also held a Lecturer position in personal and organizational development at Pädagogische Hochschule Freiburg for a brief period in early 2016 and worked as Employee Relationship Manager at Lidl Schweiz. Earlier internships included research assistant roles and various positions in media psychology and advertising. Julia Klotz holds a Master of Science in Wirtschaftspsychologie from the University of Basel and a Bachelor of Science in Psychologie from the Université de Fribourg.
