Malin Jepson

Malin Jepson has over 15 years of work experience. Malin started their career at IKEA in 2005 as an Invoice Administrator. In 2006, they joined Lidl Sverige as a Management Trainee and eventually worked their way up to become the District Manager. From there, Malin took on various roles including Project Manager, Administrative Manager, and Teamleader within the Sales Organization at Lidl Sverige. Malin'smost recent position at Lidl Sverige was as the Head of Sales Organization, a role they held from December 2016 until the present.

Malin Jepson completed their Gymnasium education at Haganässkolan from 1999 to 2001. Malin then pursued a Bachelor's degree in International Business Administration at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) in 2004. Afterward, they obtained a Master of Science degree in International Business Administration from Lund University between 2001 and 2006.
