Michael Lefrancq

Michael Lefrancq is an experienced project leader and area sales manager with a career spanning over two decades at Lidl and Lidl Sverige. Starting in March 2000 at Lidl France, Michael managed internal communications and process improvements for 43 stores in the Southeast region, successfully opening six stores and hiring approximately 100 employees annually. Currently, as Projektledare at Lidl Sverige since May 2019, responsibilities include inventory analysis across a Central Warehouse and 72 stores. Additionally, Michael has academic experience as a category management and trade marketing instructor at EDHEC Business School. With a foundation in finance and accounting from EDHEC and experience at KPMG France, Michael combines strong leadership with strategic operational skills in the retail sector.
