Mikael Ekman

Mikael Ekman has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Mikael first started working at ICA in 1999 as a Deltidsmedarbetare/Låsningsansvarig and stayed there until 2004. Mikael then joined Lidl Sverige in 2004 and held multiple positions, including Store Manager and District Manager until 2014. From 2014 to 2017, they served as HR & Administrativ chef region syd at Lidl Sverige. In 2018, they became a Försäljningschef at Lidl Sverige and later progressed to the role of Regional Director in 2021. Currently, they are employed as a Senior Director Sales & Supply Chain at Lidl Sverige since August 2022.

Mikael Ekman attended Pauliskolan from 1998 to 2001, studying Naturvetenskap. Mikael then continued their education at ÄHU from 2001 to 2003, focusing on Service Management.
