Matthew Cabrera is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in both technical and administrative roles. Currently serving as a Java Developer at LIDP Consulting Services, Inc. since February 2020, Matthew specializes in debugging and maintaining the Titanium platform in an Agile environment, writing complex Java code for new functionalities. Concurrently, Matthew works as an Administrative Assistant to the Chief FOIA Officer at Northern Illinois University, processing client requests and collaborating with the legal team to ensure compliance with state legislation. Previously, as a Web Team Assistant, Matthew converted organizational charts into dynamic web formats using JSON, HTML, and CSS. Earlier roles include serving as an Office Support Specialist (FOIA) where Matthew digitized records and improved redaction processes, and as a Student Worker providing clerical assistance in various departments. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, both from Northern Illinois University.
