Megan Walter has a diverse work experience in various industries. Megan started their career as a Telacounselor/Admissions at Vincennes University in 2010. Megan then worked as a Sales Administrative Assistant at Wyndham Indianapolis West, where they were responsible for maintaining sales records and addressing client concerns. Megan later became a Leasing Consultant at The Springs Apartment, leading the leasing team and focusing on sales and customer retention.

In 2016, Megan joined Wyndham Indianapolis West again, this time as an HR Coordinator. Megan handled hiring, training, and performance reviews for all staff. Megan was promoted to Business Transient Sales Manager within the company, where they led sales and marketing efforts, developed pricing strategies, and sought new client accounts.

Megan then joined IFS- Integrated Facility Services as a Facility Coordinator, ensuring high standards of maintenance and facility management. Their responsibilities included providing on-site support, developing facility operations procedures, and presenting information to stakeholders.

Most recently, Megan worked at Midcontinent Independent System Operator as a Contractor Management Coordinator. Megan managed the employment cycle of over 500 independent contractors, optimized processes, and presented proposals for streamlining procedures.

Currently, Megan works at Lids as a Senior HR Operations Specialist and later as an HR Operations Team Lead in 2023.

Megan Walter attended Ball State University from 2011 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of General Studies (B.G.S) degree with a focus on General Studies.
