Pat Skahan

Pat Skahan is currently working as a Senior Counsel at Liebert Cassidy Whitmore, providing advice and counsel to public agency and nonprofit clients in various legal matters. Prior to this role, Pat held positions at Best Best & Krieger LLP and Richards, Watson & Gershon, focusing on municipal law and environmental regulatory issues. Pat obtained a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Minnesota Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Government from the University of California, Berkeley.
