Felix Rau

Felix Rau is a seasoned professional in the fields of digital customer service and E-Commerce, currently serving as the Portfolio Manager for Digital Customer Service at Liebherr Group since April 2024. With prior experience as an E-Commerce Project Manager at Motorrad Rau from January 2023 to March 2024, Felix optimized online shops and developed marketing strategies, leveraging expertise in data engineering and online platform negotiations.
