Florian Gang

Florian Gang currently serves as the Head of Manufacturing at Liebherr Group, overseeing approximately 150 personnel in both commercial and administrative teams dedicated to the manufacturing of hydraulic cylinders while implementing Lean methodologies. Prior roles include Lean Management Project Leader, where Florian acted as a consultant and trainer for business units globally, and Manufacturing Project Leader at Jungheinrich Degernpoint AG&Co. KG, managing major expansion projects and providing Lean training. Florian's earlier experience includes a Management Trainee position at Jungheinrich AG and internships focused on project management and technology strategy at companies such as MAN Truck & Bus AG and Alstom Power. Florian holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from Technische Universität Darmstadt, supported by a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the same institution, with additional studies at Université Montesquieu Bordeaux 4.
