Jake Baker

Jake Baker serves as Principal and Head of Capital Markets at North Field Capital, focusing on sustainable funding solutions for commercial real estate. Concurrently, Jake is a Principal at Lieef, an investment platform dedicated to supporting emerging infrastructure projects. Prior to these roles, Jake was Managing Director at Starwood Capital Group, leading initiatives in sustainable credit investments, and at Cambridge Global Capital, overseeing clean energy and real estate investments. Jake's extensive experience includes significant contributions at Deutsche Bank Asset Management, where responsibilities spanned the establishment of the Building Retrofit Fund and various roles in energy efficiency finance. Jake began a career in strategy consulting with Oliver Wyman and participated in grassroots recovery efforts post-Hurricane Katrina. Jake holds a BA in Political Theory from the University of Virginia.
