Tom Bencivengo

Tom has nearly two decades of principal investment experience in the real estate private equity industry. Tom was the founding partner of TEC Partners, a real estate investment firm based in New York. Prior to this, Tom served as a founding partner at Synapse Capital’s Residential Platform from 2012 to 2014 where he oversaw the acquisition of over $40 million in existing buildings and developable land, secured nearly $50 million in equity commitments from investors and spearheaded plans to develop Manhattan’s first large scale Passive House certified multifamily building in Harlem.
