Rita Simkute

Rita Simkute possesses extensive experience in human resources and marketing communications, currently serving as the HR Department Director at Lietuvos draudimas, AB since March 2004. Rita has held multiple leadership roles within the organization, such as Head of Brand & Customer Experience Management Division, Head of Strategy, Insights and Communication Division, and Head of Marketing Communication Group. Prior experience includes working as an Account Manager at Lukrecija, BBDO, an advertising agency from 1996 to 2004. Rita holds a Master of Management from ISM University of Management and Economics (2009-2012) and a Master's degree in Sociology from Vilnius University (1992-1998).
