Desiree Sanches-Looy

Desiree Sanches-Looy is an accomplished Business Controller with extensive experience in financial management across various organizations. Currently serving as a Business Controller at Lievegoed since February 2024, Desiree previously held similar roles at Dokter Bosman and UMC Utrecht, where responsibilities included financial oversight of research projects and reporting for the Division of Pediatrics and Surgical Specialties. Earlier experience includes auditing for fundraising organizations at CBF, as well as educational roles at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. Desiree holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Financial Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics & Business Economics, both from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
